| 2. | All entitlements of a music bundle are valid for a recurring 1 month period from the date of activation of the music bundle. |
| 3. | The 1 month FREE Music Bundle promotion is valid for the 1st time subscription of a music bundle. Prevailing subscription fee for the respective music bundle will apply after the 1st month. |
| 4. | StarHub Mobile customers can also purchase a music bundle, a full song and a mobile Ringtone as a gift to other StarHub or non-StarHub customers. |
| 5. | A gift has to be redeemed within 7 days from date of purchase otherwise it will be forfeited. |
| 6. | A gift will be charged even if the recipient does not redeem the gift. |
| 7. | Usual data charges apply when surfing the Music Store from your mobile phone and usual roaming data charges will apply if customers surf and download the mobile music contents from their mobile phones while overseas. |
| 8. | For iPhone handset, Ringtone and Full Song delivered via mobile is not supported. For gifting of ringtone and full song, please ensure that the recipient's handset is supported. |

| 10. | The balance in your Music Card Wallet will expire 90 days from your last top-up. |
| 11. | StarHub is not liable for refund of any balance that could not be utlised due to insufficient balance to purchase any music content. |

1. What is the Music Store?
The Music Store is a one-stop music portal that offers a suite of music contents like Ringtones, full songs and Connecting Tones for your various media devices like mobile phones and computers.

2. How do I access the Music Store?

Usual GPRS charges apply when accessing via WAP and usual roaming GPRS charges will apply when the service is used overseas.

| New Connecting Tones subscribers will be charged service subscription fee only for the first month when they activate the service. 5. How do I purchase a pay-per-download content?
At the Music WAP Store, you can:

At the Music WEB Store, you can:

- Click on the Buy button.
You may download the content again within 24 hours from date of purchase
At any time, you can go to MY ACCOUNT and click on PURCHASE HISTORY to download the content again.

6. How do I subscribe to a Music Bundle?
You can subscribe to a Music Bundle through the: Music Store via either WEB or WAP or via SMS.

Recommend
This feature allows you to recommend a song to any of your friends via e-mail. To recommend a song, you can do any of the following:

Gift
You can purchase a Pay-Per-Download Music Content, a Music Bundle, and/or a Connecting Tone for a friend as a gift.
Pay-Per-Download Content Gift
To purchase a Pay-Per-Download Music Content as a gift, you can do any of the following:
- Go to the Music WAP Store.
- Go to the Music WEB Store.
- Go to http://music.starhub.com
- Click on a song.
- Click on the Gift button.
- Key in your gift details.
- Click on the Send button.
An SMS notification will be sent to the recipient of the gift when a Mobile Ringtone has been purchased. An email notification will be sent to the recipient of the gift when a Full Song has been purchased.
Recipients may be able to redeem their Pay-Per-Download Content gifts within 7 days from the date the gift was purchased. A reminder SMS or email will be sent to the recipient on the 5th day from the date of purchase, if the gift has not been redeemed.
The recipient may download the content again 2 more times within 24 hours from date of redemption
The gift-giver will still be charged even if the recipient did not redeem the gift and the gift-giver should ensure that the recipient has a handset that supports an MP3 or a 3GP format before purchasing the music content as a gift for the recipient.
Music Bundle Gift
Customers will also find special Music Bundle gift packages which they can purchase as gifts for their friends.

An email notification will be sent to the recipient of the gift when a Music Bundle package has been purchased .
Recipients may be able to redeem their Music Bundle gift packages within 7 days from the date the gift is purchased. A reminder email will be sent to the recipient on the 5th day from the date of purchase if the gift has not been redeemed.
For Music Bundle gift packages that are more than 1 month, recipient will receive a reminder email the day after every 1 month of gift redemption to notify the recipient that his gift entitlement will be renewed.
The gift-giver will still be charged even if the recipient did not redeem the gift and the gift-giver should ensure that the recipient has a handset that supports an MP3 or a 3GP format before purchasing any Music Bundle gift packages for the recipient which is meant for downloading music contents to the mobile phone.
Connecting Tone Gift
To purchase a Connecting Tone as a gift, you can do any of the following:
- Go to the Music WAP Store.
- Go to the Music WEB Store.
- Go to http://music.starhub.com
- Click on a song.
- Click on the Gift button.
- Key in your gift details.
- Click on the Send button.
Upon completing the purchase of the gift, the recipient will receive an SMS notification and have the Connecting Tone gift added to his/her library.

9. What are the Connecting Tones features I can expect from the portal?
You can access your Personal Library, check Purchase History, set Special Occasion, Exclusion List, and Caller Groups from the Connecting Tones portal.
Personal Library
With Personal Library, you can manage your Connecting Tones library. You can do any of the following below:
- Set the StarHub Connecting Tone as default.
- Set a purchased Connecting Tone or Special as default.
- Set to play all Connecting Tones and Specials randomly.
- Delete a Connecting Tone or Special in the library.
A Connecting Tone subscriber can only store up to 10 Connecting Tones and / or Specials in his personal library.
Purchase History
With Purchase History, you can view your transaction history for the past three months.
Special Occasion
With Special Occasion, you can assign a specific Connecting Tone that all your calls or specific mobile numbers or caller groups can hear at a specified date and time when they call you.
In the event that the date and time you have specified coincide with other dates and times you have specified earlier, the latter Special Occasion Tone settings will take precedence. Priority will be given to the latest Special Occasion Tone created.
Exclusion List
With Exclusion List, you can store up to 10 mobile numbers that would NOT hear your Connecting Tones when they call you.
Caller Group
With Caller Group, you can group a number of callers and assign a specific Connecting Tone. You can have a total of 5 caller groups and each caller group can be assigned up to a total of 10 numbers.

10. How would I know when I need to renew my Music Bundle?
You will receive an SMS notification 5 days before your next renewal date. Your renewal date will fall on every 31st day from date of Music Bundle activation or reactivation.

11. How would I know when I need to renew my Connecting Tone?
You receive an SMS notification 5 days before the first of each calendar month. Your renewal date will fall on every first of the calendar month.

12. What is the cost of renewing my Connecting Tone?
The cost of renewing your Connecting Tones depends on the price and total number of Connecting Tones and/or Specials you have purchased that are in your personal library at the point of renewal.
If you have purchased Connecting Tones or Specials in your personal library besides the StarHub default Connecting Tone, your renewal cost for the month will be the total amount of the purchased Connecting Tones and/or Specials in your Personal Library based on the price of each Connecting Tone and/or Specials.
If you do not have any purchased Connecting Tones or Specials in your personal library besides the StarHub default Connecting Tone, your renewal cost for the month will only be the Connecting Tones subscription fee.

13. Can my callers hear my Connecting Tone when I am overseas?
Yes, your callers will be able to hear your Connecting Tone when you are overseas.

14. Can I subscribe to the Connecting Tone service if I am a MultiSIM subscriber?
Unfortunately, MultiSIM and Connecting Tones are mutually exclusive services and you will not be able to activate your Connecting Tones service if you are a MultiSIM subscriber.

15. Will I incur data charges when surfing in the Music Store and downloading content on mobile?
There will be data charges for surfing the Music Store on your mobile and the charges are dependent on the data plan you are subscribed to and can be deducted from the data bundle. However, you will not be charged for data when downloading the music contents from your mobile phone.

16. Are the songs on a Full Song Album the same as the songs on the albums sold at the retail outlets?
Songs on an album found in the Music Store and the retail outlets may differ as music labels may offer different songs sold on albums found n retail outlets versus digital music contents found in online music stores.

17. Do I need to have any compatible handsets in order to download Mobile Ringtones and Full Songs?
Yes, a MP3 compatible handset is required in order to download a Mobile Ringtone and a Full Song.

18. Why I cannot play my purchased Full Song or Ringtone on my Computer?
You will need to install a MP3 decoding software in order to play your purchased mobile contents on your Computer.

19. Can I transfer the music I purchased contents from the Music Store to other media player devices?
As the contents on the Music Store is DRM-free (free from Digital Rights Management), Music Contents purchased from the Music Store can be transferred to any other media player devices.

20. What WEB browser does the Music Store support?
The Music Store supports Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.

21. How do I opt out of a Music Bundle?
You can unsubscribe from a Music Bundle through the following methods:

23. Why don't I or my friends seem to get email notifications sent for recommendations, reminders, and gifts?
If you do not happen to find an email notification on your email inbox, it may have been placed on your spam folder / junk mail or it may have been blocked by your email provider. To avoid this, you may contact your mail provider or you may mark music@starhub.net.sg as a trusted email address in your email settings.

24. Where do I look for my downloaded music content?
For mobile, handsets differ in handling the download of a mobile content. Some handsets allow you to specify a location of where you want to save your file. Some handsets automatically places it in your default download folder where all your downloaded items are located. For WEB, browsers also differ in handling the download of music content. Some browsers like Internet Explorer allows you to specify a location of where you want to save your file. Some browsers like Safari automatically places it in your default download folder where all your downloaded items are located.

25. Why can't my iPhone download mobile content?
iPhone does not support over-the-air downloads. Currently, the only available content types from our store that's supported by iPhone are Full Songs and Connecting Tones. Your Full Song content can be downloaded via your Computer and loaded into iPhone via iTunes.

26. Why can't my BlackBerry handset go to the Music Store and the Connecting Tones Store WAP sites?
You would need to set your "Default Browser Configuration" as StarHub Gee! in order for you to access the Music Store and Connecting Tones Store WAP sites. This setting is usually found under Options > Advanced Options > Browser > Default Browser Configuration.

27. What are the different types of IDs for logging in the Music Store?
There are two types of log in IDs, these are namely: StarHub mobile number (Gee iD) and Hub ID. Hub ID is for any StarHub customer that has a StarHub TV, MaxOnline, or StarHub Mobile account.

StarHub Mobile Bill

Available to anyone who has a StarHub mobile number (Gee iD) or Hub ID account. Purchase via credit card is only available on the StarHub Music Website.

30. Will the transaction date reflect on my credit / debit card bill immediately after my purchase?
Yes, the actual transaction date of your purchase will appear on your credit / debit card bill. However, the posting on your bill will depend on your issuing bank.

31. What is Music Card?
Music Card is a dollar-value card that allows you to purchase music content on StarHub Music Store (except Connecting Tones). Upon redemption, the value will be added to your Music Card Wallet.

32. I am not a StarHub customer , can I still buy the card?
StarHub Music Store is for EVERYONE , any non-StarHub customer can buy Music from StarHub Music Store.

You can purchase the physical Music Card at any Popular outlets across Singapore or purchase the digital version at http://www.starhub.com/music.

34. How do I top up the value in my Music Card Wallet?
You can top up the value in your Music Card Wallet by visiting www.starhub.com/music and purchase new music card under 'Packages'. Alternatively, you can purchase Music Card at any Popular outlet.

35. Can I port the music that I have purchased from StarHub Music Store to other media devices?
All music on StarHub Music Store is DRM free, so once you have purchase, you can port it to any of your devices.

36. What are the supported device?
Connecting Tones are available for all StarHub Mobile Customers and not dependent on the handset. For full songs, your device must support MP3 playback. For ringtones, your handset need to be able to support the setting of MP3 as ringtones. More information can be found on your handset manual.

37. What can I purchase using the Music Card?
You can purchase any music content (except Connecting Tones) on StarHub Music Store. These include full songs for Computer/Mobile, Ringtones, Full albums and Music Bundles.

Yes, the value in your Music Card Wallet will expire 90 days after activation/topup.
